ATERRA is a highly active bleaching earth that aims to: reduce color number, reduce peroxide number and remove metals.

The SILMER bleaching earths range is created for the bleaching of vegetable oils and bringing them to the required parameters.

ATERRA is based on bentonite earth mined from depths of 16 to 22 meters. It is this layer that is formed ideally for the production of bleaching material.

 The activation process of the bentonite earth is carried out with a combination of non-corrosive acids (citric and orthophosphoric acids), which allows to achieve the highest performance, with gentle handling!
